These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Nova Productions (“Nova Productions,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This website presents our work and lets you start a conversation. It is not an offer to provide services. Every production we take on is governed by its own written agreement, quote or invoice covering scope, pricing, deposits, scheduling, cancellation, site requirements and safety. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Submitting the Plan Your Event form does not create a booking, reserve a date or form a contract. Availability, pricing and scope are confirmed only in writing after we have reviewed your inquiry.

The photography, video, wordmark and text on this site belong to Nova Productions or are used with permission, and document real productions we have delivered. You may not copy, redistribute or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Event branding visible in production photography belongs to its respective owners.

When using this site you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, probe or overload the site or the systems behind it.
• Submit inquiries that are unlawful, deceptive or sent in bulk.
• Scrape or harvest content or data from the site for republication.

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranties about its availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability connected to a production engagement is addressed in that engagement's own agreement.

You agree to indemnify Nova Productions against claims arising from your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
