When you submit the Plan Your Event form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, the type of event, its date, the venue or city, and whatever you tell us about what you are planning. We ask only for information that helps us understand and respond to your inquiry.

The photos and video on this site document real events we produced, and people who attended those events may be visible in them. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it taken down, contact us through the Plan Your Event form and we will address it promptly.
